I feel really good. I haven't lost a lot of weight yet, but my body is definitely changing. People are starting to notice, which always helps the ego. What kinda kills me is I'm not doing anything extraordinary. I'm watching what I eat and getting a little exercise every day. Sounds really easy when you say it like that, doesn't it? :) I can't believe I thought that was too hard and let myself go for so long!!!
Workout tonight was good. I had to tell Wade to up the weight on a couple of machines. Oh, yeah. :) My inner thighs are SO sore from flipping tires on Saturday! It was so much fun I didn't realize it was such a workout. Sore legs made a couple of the exercises a little difficult today, but nothing I can't handle. I had really planned to get some extra cardio in after training today, but the husband got stuck out of town, so I had Alex in tow. I can't stay at the gym until 7 and then go home and do everything that needs to be done to get Alex in bed by 8.
I think I have a plan for food now. I'm going to have to supplement two servings of protein powder every day, since I don't eat meat, but I can come out with the proper ratios and correct number of calories. I'm going to try it for a week and see how it works. I started my multi-vitamin yesterday, but already forgot to take it this morning. I'll do better tomorrow! :)
