Today was a really good day overall. I've started get a lot more compliments from friends and students, which really helps the morale. :)
I started workout really well today, I was flying through my circuits, doing a few extra reps and such. On the last circuit, as I was starting lunges, my left quad started cramping up. Then my left shoulder. I finished out with a few exercises and then did 30 minutes of cardio to try to stretch it out. It's still hurting right now. Hopefully a good night of rest will help.
I had intended to write more, but I'm beat for today. Looking forward to group tomorrow. I really hated missing Tuesday.
