Kendall is trying to kill me. I have been so tired after each workout with her. I really don't know what it is, but it's working. She just keeps smiling the whole time, so I don't realize how dead I am until I get home. :) I went up ten pounds on bench. I'm doing four flights of stairs during each circuit now instead of three. I did the assisted pull-ups today for the first time. I also did planks for the first time. I know I'm getting stronger, so I just have to keep trucking along. I didn't get out of shape over night, so I can't expect to get back in shape over night either.
I was upset about the pound I put on so I got out the body composition tool today to try to make myself feel better. Fat % is down from last Friday, so it's muscle and not fat. :) That's good. Still, I want to try to get down a pound or two by Friday. We'll see what happens.
